| My foray into the interwebs

The whole purpose of this site is to have a place I can display my talents in web and graphic design as well as to learn by doing. I've always thought the best way to learn new things is to just jump in and get your feet wet. Teaching yourself new things will also lead to the feeling of self fulfillment and accomplishment. No matter how many classes youv'e taken or presentations you've sat through, there just isn't anything quite like doing something yourself.
While this site may not look like much at first glance, there is definitely alot going on behind scenes. As I learn new things, I will get the site updated quickly to show what progress I have made.
Although this isn't the first website I've created, it will be the first one that I will truly spend a great amount of time with and I will take much pride in.
While I could spend all night expressing my thoughts, I think my time would be better spent reading and catching up on all the goodness over at w3schools.com.
